What to expect?

From our brief consultation phone call, I will be able to identify presenting mental health concerns, have a general idea of the treatment approach, and hear your personal counselling goals.

My availability is weeknights and weekends.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

If you would like to change or cancel your appointment time, please contact me with at least 48 hour advanced notice. Cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours advance notice, clients may be charged for the full session fee.

Full payment is required at the end of your session. Bank E-transfers, cash, cheque are accepted. Pacific Blue Cross covers Registered Clinical Counsellor. If your coverage is with Pacific Blue Cross, please submit your claim directly to them. Other extended health plan may cover Registered Clinical Counsellors. Please contact your insurance company (i.e. Great-Life West, Manulife, Green Shield, Sun Life) for further details. A receipt will be provided to you when payment is received.

If your extended health plan does not covered Registered Clinical Counsellors, you may wish to contact your employer’s human resources department to have the insurance company adjust the plan to include Registered Clinical Counsellors. This can be further discussed.
